Shipping Policy

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of of your order.

Once your order has shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.

Or, you can track the status of your “order history” section on your account page on the website or by downloading the SHOP app.

Do you offer same day shipping?

We do not offer same day shipping as all of our products are handmade and made to order. Please allow us the extra time to ensure the quality of your product.

Where do you ship?

Due to the rise of COVID 19, We currently ship to the U.S ONLY. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order. Normally, once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 36 hours to process and mark it ready-for-delivery.

Processing and Shipping during Sales and Promotions

During online promotions, sales, secret sales, BLACK FRIDAY, Virtual Vendor Events and holiday promos, we reserve the right to ship via any method of our choosing.You may also expect increased processing time during any of these special order time periods due to an extreme influx of orders. Processing times may average 2-3 weeks.

Merged Orders, Canceled orders, Split orders

During our Deals of the day, Flash sales, holiday promotions or any sale, any orders processed and then canceled to receive extra discount will cause your entire order to be canceled and refunded. If you choose to cancel an order after placing order, please contact us at ino@thatsmellgood.com or contact us through our contact page. We are UNABLE to cancel orders that have been processed and prepared for shipping. We reserved the right to merge orders when multiple orders have been placed, unless shipping addresses are differ. For all large orders that may require several shipping boxes, to ensure safe transist we may split the order in multiple boxes and seperate tracking numbers for each packge will be provided.

COVID-19 IMPACTS

Due to the impact of COVID-19, USPS and UPS have stated that massive shipping delays may occur. Please refer to your tracking number to track your shipment during transit. We are unable to provide shipping updates once your package has left our facility and is in transit. 

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER IMPACTS

During periods of inclement weather, shipping and/or processing time delays may occur. During these times travel may be restricted causing delayed scheduled pick ups and/or drop offs to our local postal office. Inclement weather in other locations may also delay our shipping recieving causing a delay in our processing time. We do appreciate you shopping with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict inclement weather environments and we strive to provide you with great customer services and keep you updated on matters like these.  We thank you in advance for your understanding.
