Do you offer same day shipping?

We do not offer same day shipping as all of our products are handmade and made to order. Please allow us the extra time to ensure the quality of your product.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, All Sales Are Final.

We do not accept product back to the store or offer refunds. However, customer satisfaction is of top priority and we will offer store credit towards your next purchase (at our discretion) if requested within 15 days. If unsatisfied for any reason please reach out to us. A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible.

**Please Note: Color added to our products are for photo purposes only! We believe in giving you our best product, pure, organic and free of any artificial coloring or dyes. Rest assured, all of our skincare will have the same fluffy, luxurious texture that’s deliciously scented, minus the dyes.

Handmade Products: All of our products are handmade. Therefore, please expect each item to have a different, unique color, texture and/or shade than pictured. 

Warm Weather and Melting Disclaimer: Please know that whipped body butters and body scrubs are very delicate and stand the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or outdoors during warmer weather. If possible, have your package delivered to an address where you'll be available for delivery.

If melting occurs, please refrigerate your product for about 30 mins to solidify. The texture of the product may change but this does not alter its effectiveness.

That Smell Good LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur from using any of our products. Some products are made with ingredients derived from nuts. Always do a patch test when using a new product.

*Please store your Body Butter out of direct sunlight & away from water. Make sure your hands are dry when scooping out the body butter to prolong freshness of the product. Shelf Life Up to 1 Year.
