• Processing time is currently 1–7 business days.
• Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays.
• Processing times may occasionally be extended during sales, high order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

All of our products are handcrafted fresh to order to ensure the best quality and experience possible. Unlike large corporations such as Amazon, we do not operate with mass-produced inventory or large warehouse teams. Every order is carefully made, packed, and prepared with care by a small business team.

Once your package has been shipped and accepted by USPS, delivery times and transit delays are unfortunately outside of our control. That Smell Good LLC and USPS are two separate entities. While we always strive to ship within our stated processing timeframe, we cannot guarantee USPS delivery speeds or prevent postal delays once the package leaves our hands.

Please also note:
• We are not responsible for packages left outside for extended periods of time.
• During warmer months, body butters may soften or melt in transit due to heat exposure. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
• We strongly encourage customers to retrieve packages promptly after delivery to avoid heat exposure.

Key Ingredients:

• Shea Butter - 100% Raw & Unrefined. Healing, anti-inflammatory, antioxidants.
• Rice Extracts & Peptides - Reduces skin irritation & UV damage. Hydrates the skin and reduces fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, liver & age spots.
• Orchid Extract - Rich in moisturizing compounds, Orchid Extract has humectant properties that draw water into the skin to plump, firm, and hydrate the complexion. Anthocyanins, a class of flavonoids, deliver antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits that help defend skin against stress that causes daily wear and long-term aging of the complexion. Notably, this botanical extract contains a high level of Vitamin C, which is responsible for its powerful brightening effect on the skin. Studies have shown that topical application of Orchid Extract leads to improved appearance of hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone. Results also showed an increase in overall luminosity and clarity of the complexion.
