🧴 Product Care & Warm Weather Disclaimer


Our products are handcrafted and made with high-quality ingredients. During warmer months, items such as body butters and scrubs may soften or melt in transit.


If this occurs, simply allow the product to return to room temperature or place it in the refrigerator briefly. The quality and performance will remain unchanged.

📦 Made-to-Order Processing

 

Many of our products are made to order to ensure freshness, quality, and that signature indulgent experience you love.

 

Processing and Shipping during Sales and Promotions

During online promotions, sales, secret sales, BLACK FRIDAY, Virtual Vendor Events and holiday promos, we reserve the right to ship via any method of our choosing.You may also expect increased processing time during any of these special order time periods due to an extreme influx of orders. Processing times may average 2-3 weeks.

Merged Orders, Canceled orders, Split orders

During our Deals of the day, Flash sales, holiday promotions or any sale, any orders processed and then canceled to receive extra discount will cause your entire order to be canceled and refunded. If you choose to cancel an order after placing order, please contact us at ino@thatsmellgood.com or contact us through our contact page. We are UNABLE to cancel orders that have been processed and prepared for shipping. We reserved the right to merge orders when multiple orders have been placed, unless shipping addresses are differ. For all large orders that may require several shipping boxes, to ensure safe transit we may split the order in multiple boxes and separate tracking numbers for each package will be provided.

INCLEMENT WEATHER IMPACTS

During periods of inclement weather, shipping and/or processing time delays may occur. During these times travel may be restricted causing delayed scheduled pick ups and/or drop offs to our local postal office. Inclement weather in other locations may also delay our shipping recieving causing a delay in our processing time. We do appreciate you shopping with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict inclement weather environments and we strive to provide you with great customer services and keep you updated on matters like these.  We thank you in advance for your understanding.
