Processing Time & Shipping

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES:

While we work diligently to prepare your handmade goodies, please allow us up to 1-7 business days for the processing of your order before it is shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Our processing times are based off of the current amount of orders we have in our queue. We currently have a high volume of orders in our queue due to a growing demand for our products, processing times may be extended without notice. Also, please note that most of our products are made to order to ensure their freshness. DISCLAIMER: Processing times may be extended. SPRING/SUMMER ARE PEAK SELLING TIMES.

Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update in the system. Average USPS delivery times are 2-5 business days for domestic packages. This number could increase due to postal service delays. Once your package has been shipped, That Smell Good LLC is no longer responsible for it. It is now the USPS's responsibility to get your package delivered to you.

If you notice that your package has been marked as delivered, but you have not actually received it, please allow 1-2 business days for it to appear. It is very common for the package to show up the next day. If you have any issues (i.e. lost or stolen packages) please contact USPS directly. They will be able to further assist you. 

*Please ensure that you input the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If your package is returned back to us due to you putting the wrong shipping address, or because it is undeliverable to you for any reason, you will be asked to pay another shipping fee to have the package redelivered to you. In the event that this happens, we cannot ensure quality of your product or package once it is returned to you due to possible mishandling during the shipping process.

The USPS is currently experiencing major shipping delays so shipping delays should be expected. We are currently still shipping out orders within our 7 business days processing timeframe. Please be aware that the USPS has been experiencing some challenges (i.e bad weather and lack of staffing due to the coronavirus). As a result, many packages have been delayed and are showing up as in transit for days and even weeks. Please understand that because a package is showing up as "in transit" doesn't mean it is lost. Please be patient and allow the USPS additional time to deliver your package. Also, please know that we are not responsible for your shipping delay. We also cannot see any additional tracking information. We only see the same tracking information you see when you track your package. Please email us if you have any questions. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:  

That Smell Good LLC does not ship internationally.

TRACKING NUMBERS: 

Tracking numbers will be updated up to 48hrs after your order has been shipped. If you have any issues with your tracking number, please email us at Support@thatsmellgood.com.

DISCLAIMER:

Our Whipped Body Butters and Scrubs are all-natural; likewise, they stand the chance of melting during transit during warmer climates. If your product does melt or get soft, don't worry! A melted product is not a bad product... We promise.

Leave your product at room temperature for a couple hours or pop it in the fridge or freezer for a bit and it'll go back to solid. It may look a little different, but it will still be the same vitamin rich, luxurious product. It will still go on easily, sink in quickly and leave your skin feeling and smelling amazing.
