Shipping, Delivery & Heat Policy | That Smell Good
Lost, Delivered & Heat-Related Packages
Once an order has been accepted and scanned by USPS, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
Packages Marked Delivered
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, parcel lockers, and your local USPS office before contacting us. USPS can often verify the GPS coordinates of where your package was delivered.
- Please allow up to 3 business days after a delivery scan, as packages are occasionally scanned as delivered before they physically arrive.
- Customers may be asked to file a Missing Mail Search or claim with USPS when appropriate.
Heat Advisory
Our body butters are handcrafted with natural butters and oils and may soften or melt during periods of extreme heat. While we package orders with care, we cannot guarantee product condition after delivery if a package is left outdoors, in a mailbox, parcel locker, or other hot environment. We strongly recommend retrieving packages promptly after delivery.
Shipping Claims
If a shipping issue is reported, That Smell Good reserves the right to investigate the claim before determining an appropriate resolution. We may request photographs, tracking information, or additional documentation as part of our review.
All shipping claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and our All Sales Final policy, refunds, replacements, or other resolutions are not guaranteed and remain at the sole discretion of That Smell Good.
We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be verified or that are inconsistent with available shipping information.
